Today, we welcomed a new member to the family. Meet Jessie.

Jessie is a female, three year old black lab. And she is adorable. More importantly, my cousins like her.

Jessie wasn’t our (and by our I really mean my dad) first choice. Our first choice was actually a yellow lab named Buzz, as in Buzz light year. Here is buzz

I must admit, I am a big fan of Buzz. He is a little older and much stronger then Jessie but he is softy. We actually had him for a night before we decided that we needed a dog that couldn’t pull over whoever was walking him.

The morning before we gave him back, I was sitting on the couch responding to some emails and he hopped up, layed down next to me and put his head in my lap. If only I could have a dog! But alas, I cannot and Jessie is really my parents as I don’t live on the Cape any more.
